FAQ
What is the difference between Counter Station and Crew Station?
The Counter Station 8 is designed for smaller teams that have suitable counter space and typically use 6–8 cups per workday. It includes one single-serve brewer and an organized countertop coffee setup.
Crew Stations include two brewers and a rugged rolling workbench with enclosed storage. They are available in service levels designed for approximately 12, 24, or 36 cups per workday.
How long is the service commitment?
Construction Fuel Coffee Station service requires a six-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, service can continue based on your project schedule and ongoing coffee needs.
What does my jobsite need to provide?
Your site provides access to standard electrical power and potable water. No plumbing connection is required for the single-serve brewers.
Counter Station customers must also provide suitable counter space. Rolling Crew Stations require an appropriate location for the mobile workbench.
How often are coffee and supplies replenished?
Coffee and included consumables are replenished based on your selected service plan and anticipated daily use. If consumption changes during the project, we can adjust your service as needed.
What if our crew size increases?
No problem. Additional coffee can be added at any time, or you can move to a higher-capacity service plan. Growing projects can also upgrade from a Counter Station to a rolling Crew Station or add another station.
Can the mugs be customized for our company or project?
Yes. Custom-branded reusable mugs may be available as an optional upgrade. We’ll coordinate the artwork, quantities, pricing, and production schedule before your service begins.
How are delivery and setup handled?
After your request is confirmed, we coordinate delivery based on your project location, site access, and desired start date.
Standard pricing includes delivery of a complete station kit and customer setup. Counter Stations require simple equipment placement and organization. Rolling Crew Stations may require light assembly.
Professional on-site setup is available for an additional fee, subject to location and scheduling.
What happens when the project ends?
If your project ends during the initial six-month commitment, you can move the station to another location and continue service there. If you choose to end service early, the remaining balance of the minimum commitment will be due.
After the initial commitment has been completed, the equipment is yours to keep. You may continue replenishment, move the station to another project, or end the service.
Who owns the station and equipment?
The station equipment is provided as part of your initial six-month service agreement. After all six monthly payments have been completed, ownership of the cart, brewer or brewers, organizers, mugs, and remaining supplies transfers to your company at no additional charge.
You can continue monthly replenishment at the current project, move the station to another project, or end the service. Return shipping to EverBold is not required.
If you no longer need a rolling station and we have another project nearby, contact us. In some cases, we may be able to coordinate local pickup or redeployment.
Can we move the station to our next project?
Yes. After completing the initial service commitment, you can relocate your rolling station and brewers to another project.
When the same contractor reuses the existing cart and brewers at a new project, we’ll apply a $50 monthly Station Reuse Credit for up to 12 months - a maximum savings of $600.
The credit applies while service remains active at the new project, provided the contractor transports the existing equipment and no replacement cart or brewers are required. If you would like EverBold to coordinate relocation or on-site setup, those services can be quoted separately.
What areas do you serve?
Service availability depends on project location, delivery requirements, and the station selected. Submit a Station Request with your jobsite address, and we’ll confirm delivery options and whether professional on-site setup is available in your area.
